Yes, the appartment would look great if it wasn't for those ugly pastel colors in the walls. I wonder if those are designed by Foster too. He's done a few appartment complexes by the river and this one looks metallic enough.
The new Tate Modern is also featured in the film.

Filmed in Santiago de Chile it should be by Mathias Klotz. The wooden cladding and modernist look suggest it.

The one built for the 'cubo' project maybe?

    You got very close, but...
the house in the movie is the Schmitz House by Felipe Assadi Figueroa.

Recently saw a film called Basic Instinct 2. I'm not proud of it. It was free and there were no other choices.
That was mostly shot in Foster's 30 St. Mary Axe 'the Gherkin'. Of course the shape of the tower had a lot to do with it, and the fact that the main character played by Sharon Stone even had a lighter which was a scaled replica of the building, made the connection of the Tower and Masculinity even more obvious than it really had to be.
Crap movie. Don't watch it. Even if it is free. I wonder how Foster would have felt about the usage of his design in that film.....

the houses of Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo in Mexico city by architect Juan O'Gorman built on the beginning of the 30's.
I like the way they appear out of the blue in the movie Frida. Simply shocking.

    some photos here
