Hi to all,
here ist your latest project.
- subject: Prevention and Diagnostic Center, a kind of medical consulting
room
- program: rooms for medical treatment, radiologic treatment
- plot: the Center had to be integrated into a existing hotel building
- concept: A vertical element (green wall) should conect the three levels optically. It is planned as a light wall with the design nervous
tract, regarding to the medical destination of the Center.

VIELEN DANK SIGUE!!
I'll never try to walk into a "LUFTRAUM" again just to get a deep breath...

Years ago I actually asked for the "luftraum" while visiting a building, you should have seen the face of the janitor!
(I thought it meant "Hallway" or something like it!)

But they're always the coolest places in the plans, that's were you want to go first!!

Yeah, that luftraum could be cool with two stories of neurons! :rock on:

Hey Pete, how about view in that space?

Jaja, I thought it meant "hallway" or something like it... they are generally the most interesting "spatially" in a building specially when the have double heights, that is why I wanted to go there...!

Peter,

This can turn into a nice project.
Are you thinking of making the 'green' element a standalone piece of furniture?
Something like a sculptural 'spine'concept that crowls through all the floors? This could enhance spatial experience. Especially if you would integrate some voids (Luftraums?)around it just to get it to be a more independant structure.
I know you already have voids but for instance on level + 2 the void of the staircase doesn't follow the element.
If you'd want to go that way i suggest you choose a proper 'form' language to solve every corner and opening you make in that 'furniture piece'.

Good luck and i'm eager to see your project's evolution.

Help me understand what is going on in plan near the bottom of your boards. Is this glazing to the exterior? Is this area adjacent to an existing building? Please clarify.

Is it possible to see the accent piece (green monster) from the exterior of the building? Does it penetrate the exterior wall at any level as a peek at what's inside? Or is there a chance glance through any windows?

I love the shape, color and treatment of the accent curve. The renderings are, for the most part, informative and very dynamic. Nice work and keep us up to date. I think that you can tell it's a nicely design project from the responses so far...so don't keep us waiting too long. Hoiw about some interiors of the accent curve from the first floor up through the luftraums.

Very Cool! Thanks!
