This model is of the pre-fabricated, LEED certified RK1 home designed by Ray Kappe for Living homes (http://www.livinghomes.net).
It's a 5 bedroom, 3100sqft home with a starting price of $852,500 (American).
The exterior and interior can be upgraded...for more money, of course.
Living Homes is based in Santa Monica, California, USA.
The Sketchup model is freely available from Living Homes in the Google warehouse, but I thought I'd post it here. It's not the best looking model any of us has seen, but it gets the point across and I found it interesting enough to think others of you would too.
