Sailing in the network, I´ve found an interesting software named Color palette Generator, that allows to create a series of harmonic colors applicable to our architecture projects . I have tested it, and works very well. First I choose a basic color and then I generate the complementary ones. Later I write the hex code, and I go to Photoshop and I turn it to pantone code. I make a copy of each color of the harmony and put all the files in a folder that I take to Sketch Up, so that it is available to use in SU like textures. The adress of the site is: http://www.alphabuilder.com

That one is great. Do you know how to save the resuls? Of course I can take a picture of the screen with grab, but is there a way to do it built in?

This other program is better than the one I have found I, but it is not possible to be used without being connected. It is necessary to write the color codes and transfer to another program.

I have been painting for almost 40 years. I think I am quite good in combining colors, but these programs even does it better. In all ways, I believe that also it is necessary to explore by hand some unusual combinations. First doing what the software offers , and then introducing another outside color scheme . Sometimes you get incredible ones .

You can in fact download a version that can be used offline.
