I have to build a house in the Philippines, but i came from Italy.
I'm looking someone that can give me some advice for laws and retrictions over there and some advice for materials and prices.

I would make a contact friom my architecture chamber to the one in the Philippines. So I would get informations from both side. I would also ask my chamber for some colleagues from my country who have already built there. So I get some informations about the countries architecture restrictions, norms, prizes, building firms, good building site partners....:)
