Can anyone post a tutorial of 3D studio max for beginner user?

I am still learning the very basics of max. I wanted to learn how to model and render in Max.

when I need a tutorial or just have a need of information for solving a problem, I google, even video.google has good tutorials for free watch:), I just checked Youtube....- this now google too- check this:
