Cities i am visiting
Sacramanto
San fransico
LA
Chicago
Boston
New york
New Jersey
If possible would love to meet some fellow pushpullians... I will also be carrying some of my work and some presentations.. would love to interact and get some crits..
Thanks in advance..
That's quite a list of cities...What fancies your "architectural interests"? That may help narrow the scope.
I'm in New York. When are you gonna come?

While you’re in the San Francisco area you might visit the new De Young museum by Herzog and de Meuron.

Frank Lloyd Wright’s Marin Civic Center is in San Rafael. Definitely something to see if you’re in the area.

If you have the time to go further up the coast, go to the Sea Ranch. It was founded in an attempt to develop a set of guidelines for sensitive development for that particular environment: “living light on the land”.

kschetan,
I'm sure you have but check in PPB's travel section for the USA and I am almost postive you will find stuff in several of the cities you will get to visit. Good luck and if you do venture to the south let me know, though it seems you will be in the north and west mostly.
And as a general suggestion... when in california take Route 1 from LA to San Fransisco if you are driving. especially the portion of route 1 south of San Fran. which is fantastic. and then even route 1 north of San. Fran. too. It is some of the most incredible roadways in the USA in my opinion.

Chicago
The Sears Tower and putting architecture to the side, the Museum of Science and Industry is a must see if you have a day. http://www.msichicago.org/
Several Frank Lloyd Wright buildings are in the area too.

I second that.. I've always loved driving PCH from Malibu to Monterey, and also from Saulsilito to Arcata..
In L.A. I suggest of course the Getty, and the new Cathedral in downtown also. In S.F. the Palace of Fine Arts, and the bridges. Fisherman's warf has some good grub, too. :)
