The Building for Diversity Design Competition (Competition) is a single stage, ideas competition and is open to those who satisfy the entry conditions. The Competition provides an opportunity to generate and test ideas for a diverse mixed-use development, comprising a variety of accommodation types, together with some retail and commercial uses, in an urban renewal context.
