This is another competition by Arquitectum posted Dec 15, 2006. I can not find who will be the jury:

For an apartment building - to be a prototype model for the most important residential areas in Lima.

The project should be capable of reflecting not only contemporary architectural tendencies, but also set a precedent in terms of family dwellings on a global level.

The apartment building should occupy an area no greater than 5000 square metres within a land area of 670 square metres.

• 1st Prize : US$ 25,000 (TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND US DOLLARS).
• 5 Prizes of US$ 1,000 (ONE THOUSAND US DOLLARS).

Architects from anywhere in the world may participate, providing they have completed their studies and are therefore qualified architects (any office or firm may also participate as long as they include an architect with these characteristics).

Early registration (only from January 2nd to January 30th) : US$ 100 (80 EUROS).

The participants should enter their proposal – via Internet – in a digital file containing images of the project.

The exhibition and prize-giving event will be held in Lima, Peru on May 31st 2007.
