Vray WIRE?

I got a very urgent problem. I got this project finishing NOW firday, and I have little time to make some decent renderings.
BIG PROBLEM: Vray seems not able to handle the WIRE option of default materials. And the Vray materials have no such option. Can anyone help me out here?

See attachment for effect I want to create. (was rendered with plane Max, and default material with WIRE).

Now this sucks.
I found this topic about it in the Vray forums. But not enough info for me, and apparently I "don't have access to answer in this topic"...

edit : well, I guess I DID find a sollution:
- plain material
- opacity slot = vray wire.

Sorry guys, the last-minute stress I guess...

Funny ,
Your project looks like an 'organic' update of your avatar.

As it says in your avatar: "Buildings are like living creatures"

BTW: good luck getting that deadline.

I suggest that if you can't solve it you ditch the vray option altogether and go for another medium (like, say, sketchup) so you can make it to the presentation with something complete.
Unfrortunately I don't know anything about vray

You just gave me a great idea for my concept note!

Cacapis : I found the solution but thanks for the tip. I could have done that, but it would not have given me the desired effect.

Attached is one view from the inside. Notice the panels behind the windows. Simple, fast, good enough for the speed needed. (ps: it's "very low" quality, I'm making some fast prints right now to check if it's worth waiting that much longer for higher quality).

It's looking good already!
When you have the time (after friday I suppose), show us the result in your "youth center" thread!
Good luck with your work. Hope you get everything done in time.

Stijn,

I've had success with previous beta versions with transparency maps....although with the current beta i can't seem to get it to work.

Have you had any problems with this since Vray Beta3?
