Lake Shore Drive apartment remodelling

This is my condo in a Mies Building here in Chicago. If it were in New York it would cost 5 or 10 times as much.

Thus I can spend some bucks on it to do what I want.

The givens: the bed and the sideboard, the plumbing locations, and the tthe translucent glass screens.

The view is north, of the park and lake Michigan.

What to you want to do with your model?
what is "condo". I don`t know this English word.
by the way: the model has no basis floor. What about the lines (>pic on the right wall side).

It`s in real projects> so do you want to build this?

Right I have floor thats a running bond. It's wood, dark chocolate in color and it is on the module of the building. 5 1/2" x 15 1/2

A condo means you own your unit and you can do whatever you want with it.

PS the lines are plumbing riser locations and the bathroom is the real question. I have about three differenct schemes for it. this one isn't finished.

What do you mean by "sideboard"? Is this how it looks right now or the project you're working on? How did it look when Mies originally designed it? What about the translucent glass screens? Need to keep them?

Hi, makeArchitecture. Are you talking about Lake Shore Drive?
If that's the case...

Mies's original plans for apartments were rejected by the agents and never constructed.
It is an idea to realize the original master's plan for the first time, but looks like the size of each apartment is
already different from the original project, which is shown below.

[Edit] Hmmm, the number of I sections for each spans is three, so it is not Lake Shore Drive?
Promontry? Commonwealth?
