Welcome. The lens flare is very distracting and it's not adding anything to the scene. Some shadows would have been a good idea and would have added a lot of atmosphere to your image. The lighting on the people is too high or there is something wrong with the images. I'm not sure what's going on with the water and the plants but it looks like they are growing out of the pool.
What renderer did you use for the scene?
The problem witht this renders its that i had to make them very fast because the client is my brother in law and he asked me that he needed them in 2 days, and my computer is very slow, so i didnt have time to do many changes to the ilumination, im also having trouble with the couches, they look very fake.
The render that im using its Final Quality Renderworks
and this is the last one, and again that problem with the plants coming out of the water, there was supposed to be some dirt where the plants can grow from
Here is the first one but without the lense flare, and trying to fix the colors a little, but still need more work

Looks much better without the lens flare.
Design Aproach: Give quality to the space, try to open the space as much as possible, and make a nice ambient arround the office.
hmmm.... that just sounds like any other project and any good project should 'give quality to the space and make a nice ambient around the office'
do you have something more specific in regards to your design approach/concept?

can u post a layout with a lil bit of programme explained?
My favorite quote : "design parameters: client" :D
This is how the house is now, the squares wit the X are gardens that are completely open, so you get alot of light thru there
And this is the design, the bathrooms area i dont like it, but the client was asking me to have it there and like that.
There is a main office in the center of the place, a reception, administration, 2 offices for special projects, 3 small offices for other people, a meeting room, employee area with there own bathrooms and storage room

the courtyard could have potentials. But it`s difficult to give a commend by just seeing the rendering pics. If you upload a floor plan, ore more, it would be easier to discuss the roomsituations, the inside situation,if you upload plans how the building is situated in its surroundings we can discuss the whole building. Some sections and it`s a long discussion. If you just see the pics-> there are to much unsolved questions.

can u identify with some colour coding;
1. Public area(where visitors r allowed)
2. Private areas(only staff is allowed)
3. service areas (pantry, store, server rooms, corridors etc.)
Does the corporate policy allows transperancy to visitors or highly secured office(using biometric devices?)
Even if we don't fully understand the plan we can see a very confused plan with long circulation routes and room through room routes (to the wc and meeting rooms at the top for example)
I think the plan needs a lot more clarity also you might find grouping the gardens in the middle helps you, don't know.
when you start work on a project the client always has a load of bad ideas and a desperate tight schedule. your job is to slow them down and make their ideas better. (not always so easy to do as to say I admit) But despite that you can't blame the client all the time.
Good luck
