I had to do a building analysis for this house for school, where I focused on the sunlight analysis aspect of the design. I have a few views of the model as well as a couple of renderings in Piranesi.

It is significant that this house was built in 1937-38.

i think the power of this type of architecture is the stark contrast with the natural environment of which this sparkly white ordered geometry is placed. by softening the design with your rendering, it looks really ..... bland.
the pure sketchup model is a lot more powerful
Thank you for posting this model. I believe I see a few errors in regards to the window sizes. In particular if you look at the photo of the main facade you will see that the windows run as one continuous strip on the upper level. However in your model you have a larger window adjacent to the door. Also, in your View 3, the windows on the adjacent facade, lower floor, also should run as one continuous strip.
I share the sentiments expressed above. Thanks for the contribution it is appreciated and you have done well. Windows incorrect (don't match the photos)
Good work and welcome contribution to the forum.
Cheers
Rob

Interior photography is not permitted, but these show a bit. The view is looking in from the buildings rear. The offfice is through the door in the center. This is the living space with dining off to the right.

Custom furniture, fixtures and accessories are found throughout all of the interior spaces.

I would be quite intersted to know the outcome of your analysis. I am assuming that when you say sunlight you are reffering to heat loss and gain as well?
Jveinotte, I hope you do not mind me using your model to render this image.
This is a very quick setup and render using Vue, total time 2 hours from model import to posting.
Thanks for sharing the model.
