hello everyone ! :)
this ia a predesign discussion but it will be a real project soon ... and i need some help :o :P
a friend of mine ask me to make a design for 5 small residences ... 18-20 m2 each one ...(this is a third floor fo an existing building ~125m2)
each room must have a small bathroom,small kitchen,a bed, desk, etc ...
the rooms seems to small , and my first idea was to uses "smart furnitures" for example like the cacapis kitchen or so ... or maybe furnitures with multiples uses ...
i divided the space (look attachment) in a way that all the rooms looks similar ...but im not really happy ... any other ideas ?
maybe some links with small residences or "smart furnitures" would be appreciated!
