I do like this it has a nice feel to it
I assume you orientate the family room to the sun hence the curve?
How are you going to smarten up the lean to outbuilding on the right?

We would have problems in the UK with a flat roof balcony due to overlooking neighbours properties & although most of my clients like the idea & want it at some time but nearly always planners object more than the neighbours.

For a 3 storey building we would also have problems with the open stair & escape from upper floors.

How are you detailing the curved facia edge?

Thanks ReD.
Outbuildings : first the parabol. Out.
2nd : or demolition (but client doesn't agree) or red stucco.

The aluminium structure rectangle will be shorter (50x50 mm) and placed against the iron tubes paintet grey as the frames.

Cheers Francesco

About the Fascia I was trying to ask how you would get a nice curve on plan without getting segments are you putting horizontal blocks between or applying a pre curved panel?

Ouch.. I had to look in Harrap's what is a fascia. They bend thick planks of ceddar like this.
