Public transport is one of the star aspects of communist infrastructure and can show other cities faults with congestion such as Dubai. Here is a snapshot i took in the Bucharest underground (post communist). An underground is a must have for any city London & Paris being good examples. Moscow along with St Petersburg (lomo factory) are on my schedule for this summer . I will post my findings.
