Francesco 10-03-2006, 23:44 and...the toilets. Interesting for this kind of tadelakt on the walls.
sigue2000 11-03-2006, 00:47 I dont think it's real tedelakt or is it? Come to think of it, with Zumthor it probably is.

Interior shots were difficult because forbidden.

you know i laugh in the face of 'forbidden interior shots'
Francesco 11-03-2006, 14:37 Ouch... I too. But we had the local gestapo around because we were more interested in these concrete doors than in the sculptures there...
Ouch. That 'Tadelakt' is beautiful!
I honestly had to look it up to make sure it was what I thought. For the rest that don't recognize the name, here is a description from the Tierrafino web site.
"Tadelakt is a water-proof, shiny lime-based plaster for interior and exterior use, supplied as a powder." Also listed as "Moroccan Lime".
The color range is also very nice [ see this link (http://www.tierrafino.com/en/tadelakt_colors.html) ].
Does anyone know if it's available in the US?
Francesco 11-03-2006, 15:08 I know there are sets of ready-to-use tadelakt-like things. I never tried.
Broken Wings 07-08-2006, 13:04 just a few pics, from my trip to Austria... It was sunday and we couldn't go in... :bang head
Broken Wings 07-08-2006, 13:07 I one of my favourites, love the way the stairs are reflected... it took me ages to take a photo with just a few school mates around it...
Broken Wings 07-08-2006, 13:11 a side of the building
Broken Wings 07-08-2006, 13:21 back view...
PD: sorry for the quality of the photos I had to resize them to post...
