I am a 2nd year architecture student. For our final project we have to create a downtown urban clothing store that also serves drinks. Anyone have any images or web resources that I can get some ideas on merging the two ideas together? I am just interested in interior design ideas.
Thanks so much!
Bruce
I'm not sure if these have bars, but they surely are different aproaches to clothing stores. The clothing store/bar has been a popular combination in the latest years so you'll be able to find stuff from not so famous architects

Hello,
Here is a link to an office that I previously worked for that is specialized in shop design. They are also nominated for the Contract World in Jan. 06.

i think the question here is hybridization.
you really should be examining the 2 activities and the typical setting/scenario/spatiality requirements and then see how they can fuse together. how can you create the drama that enhances both activities/rituals?

You have achieved impressive design resolutions, but I would like ask you about the materials, that You have been used for these furnitures with this round shape?
:not worth
i know its just a school project but it would be cool to have this in your design, its like the surface but for a bar
