This is a very quick facade "study" i did in an afternoon for the renovation of an existing building into a location that will house a coffee shop and restaurant. The existing block will remain and get a new coat of paint while the brick will be covered. The new facade will be made up of corrugated metal (the red elements) and stone with some steel canopies. The existing garage doors will be replaced with new glazed doors. The doors will still be function to allow the restaurant to open up it's seating area in warmer months. One additional door will be added. Some new glazing along the front will also be added. I don't have anything for the intereior yet as this excercise was more to get the ball rolling and the renderings are from final. As it is just an intial sketch to show the developer what it could possibly be and it needs mucho development any criticism/suggestion is welcomed.

I like the proposal. It's clear and it looks very nice.
You can try how it looks to make all the white part window. It could make it look even more straightforward and clean.
Anyways Greg is the facade expert in this forum now. He is the one that can give you the most reliable advise
