Its hideous! I was interested in Calatrava's work before i visited this building in Malmo-just plain wrong-the structure is interesting yes but there is nothing more to it than that imo!

i thought it was in operation since last year? anyway, i saw a tv show on it and they actually went into one of the apartments. gosh, it was amazing. the whole apartment is white in colour with only the glass walls which provides colours to it. oh, and the apartment is pretty spacious. the owners were happy with it because of its architectural feat but also the customer services which it provides.

I thought I would share a quick blurb about this as my sister is living in Malmo now. She went to the Turning Torso to see it and blogged about it HERE. Always interested in "non-architects" perspectives Of course she has a brother who is a brilliant architect

Also, I may get hold of her pics and do a travel thread on this if one hasn't been done already...
